About The Position

Mini Melts is a leading company in cryogenically frozen ice cream, experiencing national growth and committed to employee advancement. They are seeking motivated leaders and team players to join their united team to satisfy clients and maintain industry leadership. The Route Service Representative (RSR) is responsible for representing Mini Melts Ice Cream at various customer locations, including Convenience Stores, Drug stores, Grocery stores, Entertainment Centers, Malls, Schools, and Universities. RSRs work with decision-makers to ensure customer needs are met with a "white glove service" commitment. Daily tasks involve servicing and stocking Mini Melts equipment, such as vending machines and Grab N Go freezers, and operating a Transit Van equipped with freezer units for product delivery. RSRs collaborate with local and regional leadership to promote the Mini Melts brand, collect and transport funds from serviced machines, and ensure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale materials. This includes performing preventive maintenance like ice scraping, cleaning, and replacing stickers or signage. RSRs are also required to update management using "route for me" software and perform other tasks as directed by Depot leadership.

Requirements

• Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Report to local depot at beginning of each day to receive routing updates
• Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures (typical delivery vehicle is a Transit Van)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• Pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must Be able to Pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream to various customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities)
• Work with decision makers in these locations to ensure meeting their needs with white glove service commitment
• Service and stock Mini Melts provided equipment which includes vending machines and Grab N Go freezers at each location on your route
• Operate a Transit Van fitted with freezer units to deliver product to Mini Melts Customers
• Work closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand
• Collect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office
• Ensure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale, including preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, cleaning, & replacing of stickers or signage of vending machines & Grab N Go freezers
• Update management through "route for me" software
• Perform tasks as needed by Depot leadership
