Route Driver - Procurement - Non CDL (TEMPORARY)
About The Position
This is a temporary role. Reporting to the Operations Manager of Procurement; the Route Procurement Specialist is a key contributor to Zinpro’s success by servicing existing routes daily. Work will center around procuring new farms and maintaining positive relationships with current vendors. Success in this position requires a safe driving record, knowledge of dairy operations in their designated territory, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with dairy farmers to collect colostrum and develop a collection route. The position requires that the successful candidate be based in or near their assigned dairy territory. CDL not required for this position. This position will be located in Vermont territory.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of dairy farm operations and the ability to work effectively with dairy producers
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
- Safe driving record
- Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills

- Familiarity with collection route operations
Responsibilities
- Maintains relationships with dairy farmers
- Collects colostrum from dairy farms within existing route region
- Records daily collection data and maintains inventory and equipment
- All other duties as assigned
