Hourly pay rate: $32.45 (will receive a $2.00 increase in $0.50 increments every 3 months in a 1-year period per the CBA) Clover Sonoma is a 24 hour/7 days a week processing and distribution plant. Work schedules vary, flexibility is critical. Shifts are typically four (4), ten (10) hour days. Requirements

  • Current Commercial Class "A" Driver's license
  • Experience as delivery driver
  • Solid driving record with no traffic violations
  • Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and/or carry at least 50lbs; bend, twisting
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in cold refrigerated vehicles and grocery coolers, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide variety of dairy products to various locations in Northern CA
  • Specific routes and time schedule
  • Inspect and operate a commercial delivery vehicle
  • Unload, load cold dairy products to the customer
  • Complete logs and reports
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Use of handheld computer device
  • Execute all job duties in accordance with Clover's rigorous Food Safety and Quality programs and policies
  • Fully understand your role and associated responsibilities for maintaining food safety and quality at Clover
