What We Offer: Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week) Please note, we require all employees to work one weekend day per week Full-time - 4 Shifts per week ( 8-12 hour shifts) Immediate start dates & paid training Pay (Hour rate + Tips + Performance Based Bonus) Hourly Rate: $16.00/hour + Performance Bonus + Tips Total Average Earnings: $18-$20 an hour on average Performance Bonus: Our bonus is better known as “Profit Share” Meaning, you make a percentage from the jobs you complete. Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team Feel amazing about helping your community What you bring to the company: You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance) Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!) Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Records Check will be ran on past 5 years). Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team We have positions available immediately. Requirements

Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)

Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
