About The Position

The Route Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our branch running smoothly day-to-day. This position is responsible for coordinating service routes, supporting customer communication, and ensuring administrative execution is accurate and timely. You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, technicians, and sales team to ensure schedules are efficient, customers are taken care of, and operations stay on track.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and scheduling tools
• Ability to professionally interact with customers and internal teams
• Service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication
• Handle scheduling, service inquiries, and issue resolution
• Deliver consistent, professional service across all interactions
• Build and manage daily service routes for pest control technicians
• Adjust schedules in real time to meet customer and operational needs
• Optimize routes for efficiency, density, and service quality
• Support day-to-day administrative operations within the branch
• Ensure completion of key daily, weekly, and monthly processes
• Partner with technicians and sales teams to support execution
• Accurately set up new customer accounts
• Process service agreements and sales transactions
• Maintain clean, accurate customer data
• Monitor and manage outstanding balances
• Support collections for current accounts
• Partner with corporate on escalated accounts
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Ensure alignment with company processes and standards
• Support audit readiness and operational consistency
