About The Position

The Roustabout supports oilfield operations through hands-on labor and equipment maintenance. This role performs daily tasks related to well maintenance, site setup, and repairs. Work is physically demanding and performed outdoors in all weather conditions.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, wind, and rain
• Bend, stoop, kneel, climb, balance, and reach overhead
• Use hands and arms for handling tools and equipment
• Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Hear alarms, equipment noise, and verbal instructions
• Communicate clearly in a work environment
• Safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing

Nice To Haves

• Construction or labor experience preferred
• Roustabout or oilfield experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Perform general oilfield maintenance and wellsite support
• Install, maintain, and repair oilfield equipment
• Tighten and loosen pipes, tubing, casing, and pump rods
• Inspect flow lines for leaks and complete repairs
• Load, unload, and move pipe and materials by hand or equipment
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and air tools
• Assist with tank installation, repairs, and motor installation
• Set well equipment, including cement pads and pumping units
• Secure pumping units and install counterweights
• Clear brush, dig ditches, and prepare well sites
• Pour concrete and assist with basic construction tasks
• Clean up spills and maintain safe, organized work areas
• Perform general yard and facility maintenance
