SUMMARY The primary purpose of this job position is to be responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Lead Line Cook,Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Culinary Service Managers and/or Director of Culinary Service, to assure that quality service is provided. Under the supervision of the Chef, the Roundsman is responsible for hot/cold food preparation including accompaniment and garnishes, assisting where needed, ensuring quality control, cleaning and organizing.
