About The Position

The Rotomolding Machine Operator position requires individuals to stand continuously for over 94% of their shift and lift a maximum of 80 pounds. Candidates must be able to tolerate awkward hand work with their back or knees bent frequently. Proficiency testing may be given with requirements established to be considered a candidate for this position. Operators must be able to use an impact wrench and pull variously weighted products from molds using their hands. Quality and safety are a priority, and operators must be able to perform high work with their arms raised above their head for at least 67% of the shift.

Requirements

• Ability to stand continuously for over 94% of the shift.

• Ability to do high work with arms raised above head for at least 67% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Must be safety oriented at all times.
• Fully direct machine personnel to achieve less than 1% scrap.
• Obtain a tow motor license within 2 weeks after accepting this position.
• Be trained in lock out tag out.
• Keep machine and area clean at all times.
• Train helpers to become operators.
• Make all necessary adjustments to the machine.
