The essence of this role is to ensure quality plastic rotational molded parts through molding techniques while adhering to company policies and procedures. Make the plastic element of a playground such as swings, small/large slides, tunnels, and more!

Requirements

Ability to follow standard work and operating procedures
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Comfortable with grasping and pulling products and machines frequently
High school diploma/GED preferred
Basic Computer Knowledge
Willing to cross-train and work in other areas of the company, if needed.
Comfortable making judgment calls on quality of parts and determining which parts need to be fixed
Ability to organize and prioritize workload between work
Work well with others and in a team environment

Responsibilities

Mold plastic parts while maintaining the efficiency and quality goals set in the department
Set up and load molding machine per job order specifications
Ensure accuracy of parts and inventory by ensuring proper inspecting and labeling techniques.
Comply with all safety requirements
Rotate to other areas of the department to assist team members, when needed.
