The position involves rotations in operations and estimating, where the individual will take direction from and support the Project Manager and/or Superintendent on assigned project tasks. The role also includes supporting senior team members on estimating duties as assigned. The candidate is expected to demonstrate an understanding of LF Driscoll’s core values, which include a Culture of Safety, Client First, Integrity & Transparency, Collaboration, Innovation, and Excellence. Additionally, the individual will be an ambassador for LF Driscoll’s Safety 360 initiative and participate in RPE Programs, such as the annual Bootcamp, along with other duties as assigned.
