About The Position

The Rotational Management Analyst role is part of Republic Bank of Chicago’s 12-month functional rotational program, designed to jumpstart your career in banking and leadership. This full-time opportunity offers immersive experience across key departments, giving you hands-on exposure to diverse functions, meaningful projects, and a variety of leadership styles. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Professionalism, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset geared toward leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in primary bank functional rotations for the first 6 months.
• Gain insight into various functional areas of a Community Bank.
• Engage in specialized development track for the next 6 months.
• Build deeper expertise in a chosen core area of banking.
• Develop leadership skills needed for future management roles.
• Connect with mentors and contribute to real initiatives.
