About The Position

This hands-on, rotational internship offers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at how complex, multi-state commercial real estate transactions come together. You’ll work alongside senior leadership and experienced industry professionals, gaining real exposure to the full title production lifecycle—from contract to closing. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and eager to explore a career in commercial real estate, title insurance, or financial services, this internship provides a powerful foundation and a front-row seat to high-value commercial deals. Throughout the internship, you’ll rotate across key functions and gain exposure to: Title Coordination Assist with preparing and reviewing title commitments, policies, and supporting documents Ensure accuracy and compliance on complex commercial transactions Client Communication & Transaction Support Draft and review correspondence with clients, lenders, and attorneys Support closing coordination, documentation collection, and timeline management Provide progress updates to internal teams and external stakeholders Underwriting Exposure Learn how underwriters assess risk in commercial transactions Assist with identifying title issues and contributing to resolution strategies Recording & Public Records Support document submissions to county and municipal offices Review deeds, mortgages, and recordable instruments for accuracy Conduct basic commercial property research using public records across multiple states Closing Statements & Escrow Assist with compiling and reviewing settlement statements and disbursement schedules Gain exposure to wire transfer security and fraud-prevention best practices Sales & Business Development Learn how sales and production teams collaborate to deliver seamless client service Gain insight into the tools and strategies used in commercial title marketing Additional Exposure Participate in team meetings Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate, capital markets, or insurance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Curious, initiative-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
  • Professional, personable, and able to communicate effectively via email, phone, Teams, and in person

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in research and history a plus
  • Math proficiency a plus
