About The Position

Position: Rotational Internship – Summer 2026 Location: New York Eligible Applicants: Undergraduate Class of 2027 (May/June) Application Deadline: April 17, 2026 Internship Timeline: May 26 – July 31, 2026 Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000 Group Overviews Legal – The Legal team provides legal counsel and support to all areas of the Firm’s diversified platform of strategies and products. The Legal group acts as a strategic partner with various teams across the Firm to support the Firm’s objectives and works with the Compliance department to preserve the legal and ethical integrity of the Firm. Compliance – The Compliance department establishes and enforces the Firm’s compliance policies supporting investment and trading activities. The group manages the day-to-day compliance obligations of an investment adviser registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission while focusing on continually enhancing the Firm’s compliance program and supporting the Firm as the industry and regulations change. Corporate Strategy – The Corporate Strategy is responsible for the evaluation, creation, implementation, communication, and management of the Firm’s global strategic initiatives. The function is responsible for corporate communications, including brand management and Public Markets Investor Relations. Client Partner Group – The global Client Partner Group is responsible for managing the Firm’s client relationships. The group is comprised of Relationship Management and Client Development, Product Management and Fund Administration teams, which work collaboratively to provide the Firm’s clients with a high-quality experience across product offerings.. Role The Intern will broadly support various teams over the course of the 10-week internship and will rotate every four weeks to gain exposure to multiple areas of the Firm. The rotational intern will have the opportunity to rotate across key functional areas of the firm – Legal, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, and the Client Partner Group gaining a holistic understanding of firm functions.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic credentials (GPA must be included on your resume)
  • Demonstrated interest in financial services, business strategy, or regulatory environments
  • Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Any familiarity with securities rules and regulations is a plus
  • Any previous experience in an investment management group or securities regulatory compliance group at a law firm, compliance consulting firm, or in the compliance department of an investment manager is a plus
  • Any academic or working knowledge of rules and regulations generally applicable to the firm (such as the Advisers Act, Investment Company Act, ERISA, Reg. S-P, FATCA, Dodd Frank, etc.) are a plus
