About The Position

The 2026 Commercial Banking Rotational Credit Analyst Training Program is designed with a primary objective: to develop the next generation of Commercial Banking Officers and Relationship Managers at Byline. This 24‑month program provides a structured pathway for high‑potential talent to build deep credit expertise, strengthen analytical capabilities, and gain hands‑on experience in client relationship management, and the foundational skills required for success in commercial banking. The program begins with five to six weeks of full‑time, instructor‑led classroom training, followed by various rotational assignment options across key lending groups, including Commercial & Industrial, Commercial Real Estate, Sponsor Finance, Business Banking, Treasury Management, and Special Assets.
