About The Position
Joining location: Caribbean Contract: Rotational (3:3) Start Date: Mid -February 2026 Vessel: 37m motor yacht, 2022 Custom Line Itinerary: Caribbean / Med Dual -season program with a mixed -nationality crew onboard
Requirements
- Y4 license minimum
- At least 1 year of yachting experience
- Commercial experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- B1B2 Visa or US Passport / legal to work in the US
- Schengen Visa
- Passport with at least 6 months validity
- Must speak English to a high standard
- Must be willing to comply to a criminal background check prior to employment
