Requirements

Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor degree program in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to new challenges.
Demonstrated interest in the banking and financial industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Availability to participate in a full-time internship from approximately May 2026 – August 2026

Responsibilities

Department Rotations: Participate in rotations through different bank operations departments, including Credit and Loan Operations, Retail Operations & Customer Service, and Finance.
Project Contributions: Collaborate with teams on key projects, including process improvements, data analysis, compliance initiatives, and customer-focused enhancements. Complete a capstone project in one primary department of interest.
Learning and Development: Attend training sessions and participate in special initiatives to expand your knowledge of banking operations.
Customer Service: Assist in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience for clients.
