About The Position

The Rotational Associate (A&E Operations) position is part of a unique rotational program at The Walt Disney Company, designed for recent college graduates. This full-time, entry-level program offers hands-on learning experiences within the Disney Signature Experiences Division, specifically focusing on Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will rotate through 2-3 different positions over 18 months, gaining experience in Trip Development, Trip Operations, Business Integration & Strategy, and Global Partnerships teams. The role is located in Celebration, Florida, and aims to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at Disney.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience (including internships) within the Travel Industry or Operations, Trip Services, logistics or related field
  • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in continuing career within Travel Industry
  • Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data
  • Adept at anticipating, identifying, and resolving issues
  • Project Management experience with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft products including Office - Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams

Nice To Haves

  • Practical or university/classes within Business, Operations, Hospitality, Travel/Tourism, etc.
  • Experience with some advanced software programs including SAP, Casual Buyer, Concur and QuickBase
  • Experience working on presentation decks and presenting projects and findings to all level of staff
  • Ability to connect and build positive relationships with partners at all levels across the organization
  • Experience working with vendors, internal and external partners
  • Experience booking travel, managing expense reports and overall budget/payment processing knowledge
  • Proficiency in multiple languages with experience working in diverse environments such as international group travel operations
  • Familiarity with Adventures by Disney and National Geographic Expeditions products and business model
