We are seeking motivated and talented engineers who are recent graduates or have less than 3 years of experience to join our Rotation Program. This program is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the battery energy storage industry, including sales engineering, design, testing, installation, commissioning and life cycle. The successful candidates will rotate through different departments, gaining hands-on experience and developing a well-rounded skill set. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The candidate should thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment while the industry and company go through substantial growth. The location for this position is Herndon, Virginia. This will be a onsite role.
