About The Position
Holland America Line has been exploring the world since 1873. Our ships offer innovative features and enriching experiences focused on destination exploration and personalized travel, inviting guests to savor the journey. "Voyage", Holland America Line and Seabourn's Leadership Development Program (LDP), is a full-time rotational program located in Carnival Corporation's headquarters in Miami, FL, and is designed to provide selected candidates with an in-depth experience rotating across three core areas of our business. With an expected start in June or July 2025, the program will span 18-24 months. The core areas include Finance, Guest Commerce & Performance Analytics, and Commercial. The purpose of the Rotation Analyst is to understand the inner workings of the three core business areas, connect how all three work together to achieve organizational and brand specific business goals, and make recommendations on improving current processes that lead to better bottom-line results. Being a part of the Voyage Rotational Program will also sharpen analytical and project skills while gaining real-world experience in the cruise line industry, specifically, at Holland America Line and Seabourn.
