Rotating Property Manager I (Multiple CA Sites)

WinnCompanies is searching for a Rotating Property Manager I to assist with multiple sites and projects throughout Northern CA (Sacramento, Bay Area, and Stockton). In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment communities and its residents and staff, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. You will be required to travel between sites as needed and fill various needs within the properties you serve. This position offers a pay range of $30 to $32 hourly, depending on experience. Local travel is required with mileage reimbursement.
