About The Position

FLOURTOWN, PA- A warm, active, and highly organized family just 25 minutes from Philadelphia is looking for an emotionally intuitive, joyful, and reliable FULL-TIME ROTAIONAL NANNY to support their four children; boys ages 9 and 6, and girls ages 4 and 2 years old, on a 14 days on / 14 days off schedule. This role requires a seasoned professional who can seamlessly balance hands-on childcare with the daily rhythms of a busy home, working in close partnership with a very involved mother and in harmony with the alternating ROTA nanny to ensure continuity, structure, and a nurturing environment. During on-weeks, the nanny will reside in a nearby apartment shared with the other ROTA nanny, each enjoying their own private bedroom. The ideal candidate brings lightness, warmth, and emotional attunement into the home—someone who can guide children through transitions, model patience and self-regulation, promote independence and organization, and engage them in creative, enriching, and developmentally supportive experiences. Daily responsibilities include maintaining tidy and organized children’s bedrooms and common spaces, managing kids’ laundry and wardrobe organization, assisting with morning and evening routines, helping the children prepare for school or transitions, offering thoughtful emotional support, and assisting with child-focused household upkeep such as dishes, tidying, and simple meal or snack prep. This position is best suited for a proactive, forward-thinking caregiver who anticipates needs, takes initiative, manages group dynamics confidently, and thrives in a collaborative, family-centered environment. Candidates must be legal to work in the U.S., comfortable driving children, able to swim, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and physically able to climb into the third row of a vehicle to secure car seats. Experience with larger sibling groups, ADHD, positive discipline, childhood emotional development, or early childhood education is highly valued. BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
