About The Position

The Rotational Nanny position is a long-term role for a private family in Manhasset, Long Island, requiring a highly experienced individual to provide childcare for three children, including two-year-old twins and a five-year-old. The nanny will work in a 24/7 rotational schedule, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts and maintaining a nurturing environment for the children. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with extensive nannying experience, particularly in staffed homes, and will possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in nannying.
• Rotational experience is preferred.
• Native Spanish speaker; English is preferred.
• Ability to provide a minimum of 2 references.
• Background check upon contingent offer of hire.

Responsibilities
