About The Position
Mystic Valley Regional Charter School is seeking a dedicated educator to effectively implement the designated curricula using the Rosetta Stone computer program. The role involves enforcing procedures for the use of equipment, supplies, materials, software, hardware, and peripherals, as well as troubleshooting and diagnosing basic problems with computer equipment. The educator will maintain daily classroom design and schedule, uphold classroom behavior using a 4:1 ratio of positive comments, and document lesson and student progress daily, submitting reports to the Professional Development Coordinator weekly. Participation in professional development training, grade level team meetings, Teacher Assistance Team meetings, and staff meetings is required. The educator will also participate in IEP meetings, complete progress reports and report cards, conduct parent-teacher conferences, and attend school events such as Back to School Night and holiday performances. Additionally, the educator will support and adhere to all school policies and perform duties as designated by the Lead Teacher.
