The role: We are recruiting for the Rose Quarter Program Director to oversee one of Oregon's most complex transportation infrastructure projects. The I-5 Rose Quarter Improvement Program is focused on improving safety and reducing congestion along I-5 between I-84 and I-405. In this role, you'll blend technical leadership with meaningful community engagement to deliver a project that restores community connectivity in the historic Albina neighborhood through the construction of a new highway cover, improved local streets and expanded multimodal connections.
