About The Position

The position involves maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to company and customer safety standards and legal regulations. The employee will perform all assigned duties while adhering to TEAM's Core Values and 7 Critical Choices. Responsibilities include utilizing proper personal protective equipment, following directions from the Rope Access Supervisor or Lead Technician, and displaying a healthy respect for heights while following all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures. The role requires understanding work permits, participating in job hazard analyses, and maintaining proficiency in rescue techniques. The employee will also inspect and verify rope access systems and components before use and notify the Rope Access Supervisor of any unsafe conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• IRATA / SPRAT certification.
• NDT/ NDE Certification preferred.
• Capacity for work at height.

• Work in accordance with TEAM rope access policies and Rope Access Code of Practice.

• Recognize worksite hazards and notify the Rope Access Supervisor of unsafe conditions.
• Maintain proficiency at rescue techniques and assist in rescues as directed.
