This position directs and works with managers and associates to carry out procedures ensuring efficient processes in addition to guest and associate satisfaction. The Rooms Manager manages day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and meeting customer expectations. They handle complaints, supervise staffing levels, and ensure ongoing communication with employees to create awareness of business objectives. The role requires maintaining complete knowledge of hotel features, services, room types, rates, and policies, as well as conducting inspections and monitoring associate performance.
