We are looking for a passionate Rooms Manager In Training who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director and Director of Rooms. What you will do Learn and develop functional management skills in a variety of situations and environments through hotel-wide departmental rotation and home department placement's, with the goal to be promoted to an Assistant Manager based on ability and performance.

Requirements

  • College education, hotel or business administration degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Excellent human relations skills; proven experience in dealing with employee and guest situations in a positive and effective manner.
  • Hawaii Food Handler Card
  • Maui Liquor Card
  • ServSafe (within 3 months)
  • Tuberculosis Clearance
