About The Position

The Villa Rooms Manager in Training (MIT) position is designed to develop future leaders within the Villa Resort Rooms Division through comprehensive, hands-on experience across multiple departments. This immersive MIT program provides exposure to areas in villa operations; including Housekeeping, Front Desk & Bellstand/Transportation, to build well-rounded managers capable of supporting both operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Previous hospitality or property management experience a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and commitment to exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to lift minimum weight of 25 lbs. across short-medium distances.
  • Must be able to stand for the entirety of shift while reaching, bending and stooping as needed.
  • Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hospitality or property management experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply villa and home preparation standards for guest arrivals.
  • Gain office experience in scheduling, staffing, and daily operations.
  • Understand the coordination of large teams and quality control processes.
  • Gain front-line experience in guest relations and the villa guest experience lifecycle.
  • Learn reservation, check-in, and issue-resolution processes.
  • Develop a broad view of interdepartmental coordination.
  • Acquire familiarity with property layout, key resort destinations, and logistics.
  • Understand how transportation contributes to the overall guest experience.
