About The Position

Gateway Canyons Resort & Spa rests on 180 acres in the red rock canyons of western Colorado. 72 room luxury Resort with amenities that include lodging, dining, UTV and Jeep tours, horseback riding, full service spa & air tours. Our Rooms Director is responsible for the management of all aspects of the Front Office and Housekeeping in accordance with hotel standards. Directs, implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff. Directs and work with managers and associates to successfully execute all Front Office operations. Strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
