The Rooms Controller plays a key role in maximizing room availability, managing inventory, and supporting daily operational efficiency across the Rooms Division. This position works closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Revenue teams to ensure accurate room status, smooth guest arrivals, and an exceptional guest experience.
