Ability to walk, stand stoop, bend, lift and carry trays weighing 35+ pounds repetitively. Prior experience in food service operation preferred. Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent English communications skills, written and verbal required. Ability to work flexible schedule to include AM/PM, weekends and holidays required. High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighting 35+ pounds
Performs all duties associated with the set-up, delivery, and service of Room Service orders in accordance with Loews Hotels standards.
Delivers and sets up amenity presentations and provides service for functions in Hospitality Suites.
Checks all Room Service Orders for accuracy and completeness prior to departing kitchen.
Obtains proper charge authorization or payment for orders delivered.
Picks up soiled Room Service trays and carts from guestrooms and corridors as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
