About The Position
We pride ourselves on providing a stellar guest experience and we are seeking an efficient and courteous Room Service Server to join our team!
Requirements
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Developed English language skills (both written and orally) to communicate with other employees and guests.
- Walking or standing to a significant degree.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of room service server or related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Delivers all food and beverage items to guest rooms accurately and in a timely manner.
- Records all ordered items on guest checks and uses proper computerized register.
- Sets up tables and trays to assigned specifications.
- Maintains the proper guest scenario when entering/exiting guest rooms.
- Removes all soiled supplies from guest rooms and guest floors and ensures the appropriate breakdown in the dishwasher area.
- Ensures cleanliness of area at all times.
- Refers communications, guest feedback and any potential or real guest dissatisfaction to the Manager.
- Assists in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
