About The Position

The Room Service Server at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to guests through in-room dining. This role is crucial in ensuring a wonderful stay for guests by delivering requests and amenities promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 30lbs.
• Experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Food and beverage knowledge.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Offer quick, correct, precise, and friendly service while accommodating guests' specific requests and ensuring timeliness of service.
• Deliver guest requests and amenities to ensure a wonderful stay.
• Set tables and deliver orders to rooms.
• Create and deliver amenities to rooms.
• Answer phones and deliver clear and concise service over the phone.
• Perform side-work which includes polishing, lifting, organizing, and cleaning.
