Room Checker oversees their assigned buildings/personnel. Room Checker is to move cleaners around to assure all reserved rooms get cleaned first and all rooms get cleaned before the end of the day. Room Checker must have knowledge of our systems, including maestro, purple cloud, google sheets, docs, and others. Room Cleaners help plan and organize weekly meetings. Room Checkers must be able to clearly communicate with Front Desk, Maintenance, Room Cleaners, Cart Drivers, and Laundry Personnel. Summary of Housekeeping: Provide the best in-room experience through our high-level cleaning team service to make all guests feel like part of our Campbell’s Family. The Housekeeping Department offers exceptional cleaning services in the rooms, conference rooms, restaurant, and public areas. Making sure that those areas are clean and comfortable to receive guests.
