About The Position

Key Responsibilities Clean and service guest rooms according to brand and hotel standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and remove trash Restock housekeeping carts and storage closets Immediately report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost & found items Follow all safety protocols and sanitation procedures Assist with laundry if needed Provide friendly, courteous service to guests and team members Hotel Specific Primary Tasks Responsible for knowing hotel brand standards for guest room preparation. Requirements Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods Must be available to work weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude Reliable transportation required Bilingual preferred but not required
