And our amazing Team Members are at the heart of it all! The Juniper Hotel Cupertino is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. Located 11 miles west of downtown San Jose—brings a modern boutique atmosphere to Silicon Valley. Conveniently situated less than 20 minutes from Levi’s Stadium and San Jose Airport, and close to Saratoga’s wineries and Santana Row, the hotel offers team members the opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic setting. Hilton Housekeepers are the heart of our hospitality, making our hotels a home away from home for our guests! Your meaningful work impacts the guest’s stay from start to finish, providing a safe and clean environment for all. As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Requirements

  • Have the ability to bend, stoop, walk and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Have open availability to work different shifts, weekends and/or holidays and work a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing.

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of 6 months housekeeping experience is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities, as needed.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed.
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed.
