About The Position

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service. This role ensures that guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming, reflecting the quality and professionalism of Hotel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and Hotel standards.
  • Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly.
  • Ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas.
  • Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests.
  • Report lost and found items immediately according to policy.
