Our all-suites hotel is off I-680, 11 miles from Silicon Valley and San Jose. We’re 10 minutes from the Great Mall and 20 minutes from Levi’s Stadium. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience, along with a hospitable and friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to guest service. Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is preferred; on-site training will be provided. A positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, a willingness to learn, and flexibility in scheduling are essential.

Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
Dispose of trash and recyclables
Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Perform guest turn down service, as needed
