Requirements

  • Someone who sees value in the details and takes pride in creating clean, inviting spaces.
  • Energized by a fast-paced environment and finds joy in a job well done.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Physically able to meet the demands of the job (lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and moving throughout shift).
  • Open to working flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
  • Communicates in basic English

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning is preferred—but we also welcome those ready to learn and grow with us.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clean, comfortable, and well-presented guest rooms and public areas in accordance with OTH and brand standards.
  • Create an environment of warmth by ensuring every detail—from fresh linens to replenished amenities—is handled with care and intention.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go beyond task lists to personalize the experience when possible.
  • Communicate promptly and respectfully with guests, responding to requests with genuine courtesy and ownership.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or lost-and-found items quickly and accurately.
  • Respect guest privacy and uphold all safety, sanitation, and “Do Not Disturb” policies.
  • Collaborate with teammates across departments to support seamless service and cross-functional needs (public area cleaning, laundry assistance, etc.).
  • Take pride in your appearance and maintain a professional, positive, and team-centered demeanor.
