About The Position

As a Room Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable guest
experiences by ensuring our guestrooms are immaculate, comfortable, and
welcoming. You will take pride in upholding the highest standards of
cleanliness, presentation, and Crescent hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly, including bathrooms, floors, walls, and all surfaces using proper cleaning tools and agents.
• Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all bedding meets cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Replenish towels, amenities, and supplies according to hotel brand standards.
• Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean mirrors and glass surfaces, and sanitize high-touch areas.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts and ensure readiness for daily operations.
• Greet guests courteously and respond promptly to requests with professionalism and warmth.
• Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to management immediately.
• Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security policies, including proper handling of chemicals and lost-and-found procedures.
• Support team members as needed to ensure a seamless guest experience.
