About The Position

As a Room Attendant at the iconic 12 Hotels & Residences , part of the distinguished Marriott Autograph Collection , you will play a vital role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation in line with the brand’s commitment to luxury, style, and authenticity.

Requirements

Ability to work with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-player mindset.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or luxury setting preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Marriott brand standards and hotel procedures.
Replace linens, make beds, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms.
Replenish amenities, towels, and supplies to maintain guest comfort.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and equipment.
Uphold guest privacy and safety, adhering to the hotel’s security procedures.
Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance when needed.
Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service.
Follow sustainability and eco-friendly practices as per Marriott’s guidelines.
