About The Position

Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort is looking for their next Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team. Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort offers direct access to the beach and the nine-mile Miami Beachwalk. Features include two ocean-view outdoor pools, poolside cabanas, and our private beach. Ideal candidates will have prior Housekeeping and Customer Service experience, a passion for Service and Cleanliness, be reliable, adaptable and have high volume experience and the willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language. As a Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Requirements

  • Prior Housekeeping and Customer Service experience

  • Full Availability, with shifts starting as early as 9AM and ending as late as 7.30PM

Responsibilities

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
  • Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
  • Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Perform guest turn down service, as needed
