About The Position

Hampton Inn by Hilton Ellenton/Bradenton5810 20th Court East, Ellenton, FL 34222 We are currently looking for a room attendant to join our Team! You will find our Hampton Inn, just off I-75 in Ellenton. A short walk from Ellenton Premium Outlets and dining options. With 115 beautifully appointed guest rooms, we’re within seven miles of Parrish and downtown Bradenton’s dining, entertainment, and Riverwalk. Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, and Sarasota are all within 20 miles. Our guests enjoy free hot complimentary breakfast daily, and friendly and exceptional service from our team. The Hampton Inn is one of the 50 hotel properties owned and managed by the award-winning hotel management company, Buffalo Lodging Associates. A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites. Role: Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms. Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor. Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests. What You Bring: Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training. Excellent customer service skills. Able to work alone or as part of a team. Ability to work on feet for extended periods. Can navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs. And most importantly an engaging personality. Part-Time opportunity - up to 20 hours per week. Weekends and Holidays availability. Starting Rate of pay is $16.00 per hour. Requirements
