Marina del Rey Hotel is looking for a dynamic Room Attendant to join the team! The room attendant is responsible for cleaning rooms, hallways and other areas as assigned and complying with Company standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Follow Company policy for room Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager Maintain complete security of master room Return the key at the end of shift. Never leave the property with Report any maintenance items that need immediate Assist with laundry as Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by Health Benefits, Travel Perks & More 401k, Vacation and Sick Leave are offered with this position along with a Team Member Travel Program, encouraging each team member to visit sister properties and enjoy exclusive team member rates for rest and relaxation.
