Key responsibilities also involve notifying guest services upon room completion, reporting any unserviced rooms, needed repairs, unsafe conditions, and lost and found articles to the supervisor. The role requires maintaining a neat and organized linen cart and maid station, ensuring the security of issued equipment and keys, and replacing light bulbs. The attendant must adhere to specific brand and company cleaning standards, follow team cleaning and self-inspecting programs, and respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, escalating complaints to the appropriate department and following up to ensure satisfaction. A professional image through appearance and dress, and adherence to company policies and procedures, are also expected.
