About The Position

Join our team as a Seasonal Room Attendant / Public Areas Attendant, where your dedication to cleanliness, detail, and guest care helps create an exceptional and welcoming environment throughout the property. In this hybrid role, you will ensure both guest rooms and public spaces reflect the highest standards of comfort, order, and cleanliness. Your work is essential in shaping a memorable guest experience from arrival to departure. Job Summary As a key member of the Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms as well as public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared spaces. You will ensure all areas are well-stocked, sanitary, and visually immaculate while supporting a seamless and elevated guest experience in a luxury hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel environment strongly preferred
  • Bilingual abilities preferred

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
  • Restock guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and other amenities
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly for resolution
  • Ensure all guest rooms meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Provide responsive and courteous service to guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house areas as assigned
  • Ensure all public areas are consistently well-presented, sanitized, and welcoming
  • Monitor, restock, and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
  • Address spills, debris, or cleanliness concerns promptly
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve cleaning or repair issues quickly
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free environment
  • Uphold luxury hospitality standards in all assigned areas and tasks
  • Support departmental needs through teamwork and effective communication
