Position Overview: As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. You'll be responsible for cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards and ensuring all amenities are well-stocked and in working order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Availability to work weekends is required

Nice To Haves

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish linens, towels, and room amenities
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Ensure all guest room standards are met or exceeded
• Follow health and safety protocols and hotel policies at all times
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests if encountered during room servicing
