As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure they meet established standards. This role involves greeting guests with a warm and friendly demeanor and performing various cleaning tasks within the allotted time frame. You will be expected to change bed linens, replace towels and other amenities, and clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Additionally, you will notify managers of any necessary repairs in guest rooms and process guest items left behind according to the lost and found policy. Safety is paramount, so you will practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow MSDS and OSHA standards. During peak periods or when short-staffed, you may also perform house person and lobby attendant duties. Your efforts will contribute to increasing guest satisfaction scores and overall departmental performance.
