KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the safe and sanitary preparation of beverage orders and ensuring that the bar area and supply of liquors, beers, wines, and other beverages is maintained. Prepare drink orders according to customer request and recipe specifications. Check identification of customers to verify legal age requirements. Calculate and collect bar tabs. Track, open and secure bottles of liquor, beer, and wine. Set-up of bar unit, tables, chairs, and supplies. Clean glassware and utensils. Stock ice and glassware. Maintain and replenish all bar beverages and supplies. Maintain a safe and clean bar environment including monitoring customer alcohol consumption.
