The RCC Attendant will be responsible for providing efficient, friendly guest service at the Rooftop Cinema Club, including preparing and serving cocktails, canned beverages, and food in a concession-style format. The RCC Attendant supports the overall guest experience through setup, cleanliness, and knowledge of both food and beverage offerings. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position. Available to work a variety of hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Communicate effectively with team members and management Warmly greet and assist guests with a friendly and accommodating demeanor Prepare and serve cocktails, canned beverages, and food menu items accurately and efficiently Accurately record orders, process payments, and reconciles sales per shift using POS system Support bussing, food running, and restocking duties as needed to maintain flow of service Set up and break down of the rooftop cinema concessions area and seating before and after each showing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service stations, tools, and guest-facing areas throughout the shift Proactively communicate low stock or equipment needs to management Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and service procedures Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, glassware and garnishes Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, prices, preparation method/time, major ingredients, and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish, and method of presentation. Work in compliance with state liquor laws and service standards, including refusal of service to intoxicated guests Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment, and use equipment only as intended. Provide assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and the hotel.
